Designed digitally. Printed physically.

    Sketch & CAD

    Every object starts as a 3D model — tuned for strength, comfort, and the lowest possible material use.

  2. 02

    Slice & print

    Models are sliced into hundreds of paper-thin layers and printed on FDM machines using plant-based PLA.

  3. 03

    Finish by hand

    Each piece is inspected, deburred, and assembled. Off-cuts and failed prints are reground and reused.

  4. 04

    Ship light

    Packed in recycled cardboard with paper tape. No plastic, no foam, no filler.

Traditional manufacturing fills warehouses with stock that may never sell. We print to order, so nothing sits unsold — and nothing gets thrown away.

  • Plant-based PLA Derived from corn starch and sugarcane, not petroleum.
  • Closed-loop scrap Failed prints and supports are reground into new filament.
  • Plastic-free packaging Recycled kraft mailers, paper tape, no bubble wrap.
  • Repair, don't replace Broken a part? Send a photo — we'll print you a replacement at cost.
