Shipping policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at D2 Layerworks. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Processing Time & "Made-to-Order" Reality
Because the majority of our 3D printed products are custom made-to-order, items are not sitting on a shelf.

Standard Processing Time: Please allow
[3-5]business days for production, quality checking, and packaging of your order. -
Bulk or Complex Prints: Larger items or bulk orders may require additional printing time. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order due to queue volumes or print failures, we will contact you via email (d2layerworks@gmail.com).

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We partner with multiple reliable courier networks (including Shiprocket and direct local carriers) to find the fastest and most reliable route to you.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times depend on your location:

Domestic Shipping:
[3-7]business days after the processing/printing window. -
Express Shipping (if selected):
[1-3]business days after the processing/printing window.
Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier peak seasons or weather conditions.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24 hours. If your order is fulfilled via Shiprocket, you may also receive SMS or WhatsApp updates directly from the courier network.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
D2 Layerworks is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Damages & Fragile Items
3D prints can sometimes be fragile. We take great care in bubble wrapping and boxing your items securely.

If you receive your order broken or damaged during transit, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods.

Take clear photos immediately and contact us at d2layerworks@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can initiate a claim and start a replacement print for you.
