Section 1 - Online Store Terms

Section 2 - 3D Printing & Manufacturing Disclaimer

Nature of Manufacturing: You acknowledge that 3D printing is an additive manufacturing process. Items are built layer-by-layer and may exhibit visible layer lines, minor surface blemishes, or cosmetic variations. These variations are normal characteristics of the process and are not considered manufacturing defects.
Product Use & Safety: Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the product description, our 3D printed products are intended for decorative, novelty, or light-duty consumer use. They are not rated for high-stress engineering applications, critical mechanical functions, or food safety (unless specified as food-safe material), and are not designed as toys for infants or small children due to potential small choking hazards if broken.
Liability Limit: D2 Layerworks is not liable for any structural failures, breaks, or subsequent damage caused by using our prints outside of their intended cosmetic or novelty purposes.

Section 3 - Custom Orders & Intellectual Property

If you request a custom print or submit a 3D model file (e.g., .STL, .OBJ) to us for manufacturing:

You warrant that you own the intellectual property rights to that file or possess an active, valid commercial or personal license to print it.
D2 Layerworks reserves the right to refuse any custom print request that violates third-party copyrights, trademarks, or contains explicitly dangerous or illegal designs.

Section 4 - Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email provided at the time the order was made. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

Section 5 - Accuracy, Completeness, and Timeliness of Information

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, or more timely sources of information.
